Position overview
We are looking for a super organized, hands-on person to help run our office in Midtown TLV.
This is a 50% role — perfect for a student or someone looking to earn extra income alongside another job.
Schedule:
- Mondays in the office (required)
- Tuesdays + one more half day (flexible)
Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Helping with happy hours & small events
- Vendor coordination & basic admin
- Grocery shopping & restocking
- Coordinating and managing employee gifts (e.g., birthdays, milestones, holidays)
- Managing parking permits
