Seth currently leads the company’s North America Sales and Customer Success teams responsible for enabling global brands to scope, deploy, succeed and drive scale with SmartVideo. He joined SundaySky in 2011 after a highly successful 15-year career focused on pre-sales consulting, business development and sales leadership at Consona Corporation and Kinaxis Corporation. During his first 3 years at SundaySky, Seth consistently ranked as a top performing Sales Director and established strong relationships with many of the company’s largest and most strategic customers. In 2014, he took over leadership of the Customer Success team and helped establish both the processes and approach used to launch more than 100 SmartVideo programs across multiple verticals including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, Travel and more.

Today, the accounts his teams manage include American Express, AT&T, Staples, Bank of America, Verizon, The Home Depot, Dell, Comcast, Citibank and others. Seth received both his B.S. and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Appalachian State University.
