Glen has spent his 20+ year career at the cross-section of technology and finance; he has deep expertise in entrepreneurial management, venture capital, private equity, M&A, and corporate finance across a variety of sectors, including digital media, software/SaaS, martech, adtech, and telecommunications. Glen’s transactional experience stretches over an 18-year period and includes equity and debt financings as well as M&A exits totaling over $250 million. Prior to joining SundaySky, Glen was CFO, COO, and Head of Product at Receptiv, a leading provider of in-app mobile video monetization solutions, where he helped scale revenue over 300% while driving the company to profitability. Before that, Glen was the CFO at Double Fusion, where he established the finance department for a multinational organization backed by Norwest, Accel, and Time Warner. Earlier in his career, Glen served in various buy-side and sell-side roles at funds and financial institutions, evaluating and managing principal equity investments in software, technology, and telecommunications companies ranging from small startups to mega-cap publicly traded entities. Mr. Sussman graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he participated in the Joseph Wharton and Benjamin Franklin Scholars honors programs.
